Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 14 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 20.00 per 24 hours.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 20.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Dinner costs EUR 16.00 per child under 14 years.
Full board costs EUR 28.00 per child under 14 years.
Dinner costs EUR 32.00 per person.
Full board costs EUR 56.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
