Had a wonderful time at the Grand ... greeted with the news no rooms available as the hotel was full, only to be told we were updgarded to a suite ... a junior suite, I enquiry? No,an executive suite - all very nice!
One small query, my payment had been collected though I do see there is a clause in your information that the hotel could possibly do this. They had taken the payment before we had arrived, which did surprise me.

Room upgrade, lovely views as a result of this
Staff friendly and helpful

Would have liked a few more plain salads (with no oil or dressings) , though the food was good most of the time
